This year has been quite exciting for us at Tracka. We implemented measures to produce better outcomes, one of them is to follow closely zonal intervention projects in particular state’s communities, sensitize citizens on such provision and ensure we follow the projects closely until full implementation.
Ogun State is one of our focus states, and the work there has been quite impressive. So far, about ten constituency projects have been covered in the State, with records of only two completions in the Ogun East Senatorial district. Following

We observed one ongoing project at the Ipokia Local Government, Ogun West Senatorial District. There was provision for this project in the 2014 budget, sadly, it was never completed.
This provision was equally provided for in the 2014 budget, it needs a conclusion.

The Cassava building was provided for in the 2014 budget but remained uncompleted. However, the 2015 budget made provision for functioning equipment for the uncompleted processing center.

A trend from the above report shows the Ogun East Senatorial district is the most efficient of the three districts in the State. The projects tracked are highly beneficial to the people and if implemented will improve their living conditions. The essence of constituency project is to bring the Federal Government closer to these communities and help their impact.
We organized town hall meetings at Igbesa, Ado-Odo, and Idofa Communities to sensitize them on the budgetary provisions. The Tracka team will continue to inform Ogun community members on how to engage their representatives and ensure the implementation of budgetary provisions.
